I have been very lucky to be given the opportunity to go into my daughters school and talk to yr 7's about RA. It came about when my daughter was laughed at in class when they were asked to make a super hero to combat diseases. Other girls in the class did something for cancer, but my daughter chose something she knew about. I spoke to the school and offered to go and do a talk. The school said yes and I feel this is such positive step forward for awareness. I am compiling a leaflet to hand out and if any of you have the time could you write me a sentence or two about your life with RA. Also does anyone know where I could get an Arthiritis suit for the kids to try on?
